The personnel was VERY FRIENDLY and amicable. My room included central heating, iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card. Garden view was stunningly beautiful.
The hotel needed improvement.

Fairly quiet and clean unit with an electric kettle, fridges, and an oven. The staff was very amiable and extremely helpful and the bed was comfortable. Perfect setting, near other restaurants, the mountain, and the cable car: )

The breakfast was not very special: when picking up from the rented house to the mountain station of the cable car, you probably have to coordinate your time the evening before.

We enjoyed the hotel, its great and awesome location, and affable staff. There was plenty of fantastic meals. The venue was near the mountain in the snow, close to city life, and other restaurants.

The breakfast selection was good. The room was exceptionally nice, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there is free parking available. The resort is in a beautiful location in Erbil, near the mountain, other restaurants in town, and the cable car.

We had 2 fantastic days at the hotel and in Erbil. The view looking over the garden was the reason we booked the villa. It offered us the best possible location, just a short walk to other restaurants in town and the cable car. Furthermore, it was away from the city life.
